​We ​have printed Auction Pre-Tags for you to use to tag your items for the Auction.  These tags are very  helpful to the auction workers when they are frantically trying to log in everything before the auction starts.  Please fill in the information and tape the tag to the item before turning it in to the Auction Booth on Bazaar Day.  Thank you.   Click here to download a sheet of Auction ​Pre-Tags.

The deadline for Raffle Prize donations is this Sunday, August 17th and to date we have only around $2,000 collected.  Please consider donating a raffle prize.  Our raffle will only consist of Visa or MasterCard Gift Cards in various amounts and business gift cards or certificates.  Any monetary donations received will be used to purchase the Visa or MasterCard gift cards.  Gift cards may be combined to create a larger prize amount.  All donations/donors will be listed on the ticket, unless your want your donation to be anonymous.  The income from the raffle contributes to the overall success of the bazaar.
   **If possible we ask that you purchase the Visa or MasterCard gift card and save the parish the cost of the processing fee.  This is the preferred method but is not  necessary for your donation.  If you do purchase your card, please also turn in the receipt they give you at purchase time.
